ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.10.2021 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.10.2021 is pending on the file of the second respondent.

3.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, on the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.10.2021, after issuance of summons to the petitioner and the rival parties and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
