WP (MD)Nos.20090 & 20091 of 2019 COMMON ORDER The petitioners have approached this Court for transfer of permit with respect to the vehicles mentioned in the respective writ petitions.

2.On instructions, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent has passed appropriate orders with respect to transfer of permit in the name of the petitioners.

3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petitions and the same are closed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, WMP(MD)Nos.16629 and 16632 of 2019 are closed.
