O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.03.2021 to measure the petitioner land in his land in new survey No.306/41 (old Survey No.161/1) Natham measuring an extent of 4 1⁄4 cents situated at Villoor Bit-I, Kallikudi Taluk, Madurai District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the application made on 01.03.2021 has been kept pending by the respondent unnecessarily for which the petitioner herein had filed the present writ petition.

3. After hearing the learned Special Government Pleader a direction is issued to the second and third respondents to survey https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.19618 of 2021 and demarcate the petitioner's land and give necessary measurement with respect to new survey No.306/41 (old Survey No.161/1) as referred above. The entire exercise should be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if required the neighbors in the perimeter of the land of the petitioner may also be informed and in their presence measurement can be undertaken.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
