ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the para No.4 of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.5869 of 2024 in Crl.A. (MD).No.111 of 2024 dated 12.06.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court dated 12.06.2024, the petitioner is complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence, he prayed to relax the condition. 3.The learned Special Public Prosecutor of NCB Cases would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. 4.Considering the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the concerned Court once in 15 days, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 5.The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly. sd/- 14/08/2025 / TRUE COPY / /2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
