Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to make necessary corrections in the suitability list of the year 2008 to the post of J.E Grade II as 02.08.2003 as the petitioner s joining date instead of 26.08.2006 as inthe service register and appointment order of petitioner and to refix his seniority , to pay all salary and other promotional benefits on par with other Technical Assistants who joined on 02.08.2003 and pass such further or other orders. For Petitioner : Mr.D.Saravanan (in both petitions) For Respondents : Mr.T.Sakthi Kumaran, (in both petitions) Standing Counsel.

COMMON ORDER The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the cause arose for the purpose of filing this writ petition has become vanished and hence, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. 2.In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, connected contempt petition is closed.
