ORDER : The Court made the following order : The petitioner apprehending arrest for the offence punishable under Sections 379 IPC r/w 21(1) and 21(2) of Mines and Mineral (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.667 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The prosecution case is that the petitioner along with other accused illegally transported river sand. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent submitted the petitioner has transported river sand illegally and he has also involved in nine other cases as follows:
