PRAYER:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to remove the Encumbrance Certificate in the name of PACL in S.No.1/2, 2/2, 2/1B and consequently direct the respondents to include the petitioner's name in the Encumbrance Certificate, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2021, within the time stipulated by this Court.
