of MR.S.C.HEROLD SINGH, Advocate for the petitioner and none appeared either in person or by an advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the order was uploaded on 29.08.2024, the petitioner is not in a position to deposit the amount as directed by this Court. Hence, he seeks time to comply with the order of this Court. 2.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to deposit 10% of the compensation as directed by this Court, on or before 09.09.2024. 3.Post the matter on 10.09.2024.
