O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.464/2022 dated 09.10.2022 on the file of the first respondent. 2.The petitioner is the sole accused, facing the charges under Sections 294(b), 324 & 506(ii) of IPC. On the basis of the complaint lodged by the second respondent, the present FIR has been registered. Setting out various grounds, the petitioner seeks quashment of the present FIR. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation is completed in this case and final report is filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.82 of 2023. Hence, the matter has become infructuous. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the contents of the final 2/4

report, if so he is aggrieved. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
