This petition has been filed to direct the seventh respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members for fencing their landed property situate in Puliyangulam Natham Survey No.827/24 of Karungadal Village, Sathankulam Taluk, 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that investigation has been completed and the complaint was closed recording the statement made by both the parties that they will approach the concerned civil Court.
