ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute about the petitioner's land in S.No.157, situated at Palaiyur, Sirumalai, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District.

2. Because of the trouble given by the third respondent, the petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.770 of 2013 before the Additional District Munsif Court, Dindigul, Dindigul District and the same was decreed in favour of the petitioner after contest. Based up on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the enquiry was initiated in CSR. No. 1195 of 2021 and during the course of the enquiry, both the parties appeared before the third respondent and has given a statement that they have dissolved the dispute by measuring the property and based upon the undertaking given the third respondent, it was closed on 27.10.2021.

4. Since the complaint has been closed on the basis of the undertaking, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

5. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of infructuous.
