The petitioner was the advocate receiver for a religious trust. An allegation was made against him by one Ramachandran before the respondent police. Based on the same, the petitioner was summoned to appear. Challenging the same, this criminal original petition has been filed.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reiterated the contentions set out in the memorandum of grounds. 3.I am of the view that what has been challenged is after at all the summon calling upon the petitioner to appear. The petitioner's rights are in no way infringed. The petitioner ought to appear before the respondent and place all the materials in support of his case. If the complaint is found to be baseless or frivolous, it is going to be closed. At this stage, the rights of the petitioner have not been affected. Therefore, I find no ground to interfere.
