ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that subsequent to passing of the impugned order dated 09.03.2018, the respondents have passed the final recovery order. The petitioner has not challenged the final recovery order in this writ petition, but, has challenged the proceedings of the second respondent, which contemplates passing of the recovery order against the petitioner. Since the impugned proceedings dated 09.03.2018 has culminated in passing of the final order, necessarily the petitioner will have to challenge the final order in the manner known to the petitioner under law. 2/4

2. For the foregoing reasons, after recording the aforesaid fact, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final recovery order, in the manner known to the petitioner under law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
