Respondent/Defacto Complainant Prayer :- This Criminal Original Petition filed Under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to the case in S.T.C.No. 561 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No. II, (Fast Track Court at Magistrial Level) Madurai and quash the same ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 06.11.2019 and letter in D.No.573/2020 dated 22.09.2020 received from the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Fast Track Court at Magisterial level Madurai, seeking two months time to dispose the case, and this Court made the following order:

By order dated 06.11.2019, this Court directed the Court below to complete the trial in STC.No.561 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.573/2020 dated 22.09.2020 stating that due to Covid-19 lockdown, physical hearing could not be conducted and therefore, requested for extension of two months to comply with the above order dated 06.11.2019. 3.There is no objection on the side of the petitioner in extending the time limit.
