MANIKANDAN.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12602 of 2022 on 29.07.2022.

2. On the side of the petitioner it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

4.Considering the nature of offence and stage of investigation, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12602 of 2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall comply the condition once in week, ie., on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
