ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the writ petitioner made a request for alternative employment, however, he was allowed to retire from service and subsequently all his terminal and pensionary benefits were settled. The writ petitioner has also received all the benefits and now, he is pensioner.

2.In respect of the charge memo issued to the writ petitioner, the competent disciplinary authority passed a final order in proceedings, dated 08.11.2017.
