Order : This criminal original petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SREENIVASAN.M.R, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.5(a) imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No11109 of 2023 dated 22.06.2023. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that it is a case in counter case and the defacto complainant suffered only simple injuries. He further submitted that the petitioners are agriculture coolies.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Considering the nature of injury suffered by the defacto complainant, the condition No.5(a) imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11109 of 2023 dated 22.06.2023 is modified and the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) jointly, to the defacto complainant directly and on production of proof/ acknowledgment the learned Magistrate shall accept the sureties furnished by the petitioners. sd/- 04/08/2023 / TRUE COPY / /08/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
