ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The action initiated under Section 56(2A) and 57(4) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 in proceedings dated 11.04.2018 is sought to be quashed in the present Writ Petition.

2. The order impugned is susceptible to appeal as contemplated under Section 80A of the Town and Country Planning Act. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer an appeal to the Government under Section 80A of the Act within a period of thirty (30) days from today.

3. With the above liberty, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
