Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to cancel the order granting anticipatory bail by this Honble court in favour of R1 to T7 in Crl.OP(MD)No.15173/2020 dt.18/12/2020 in connection with the case in Crime No.58/2020 registered by the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Thallakulam.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S WILLIAM CHRISTOPHER J, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.D.RAMESH KUMAR, Advocate for the respondents 1 to 7 and Mr.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the 8th respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to cancel the order dated 18.12.2020 granting anticipatory bail by this Court to the respondents 1 to 7 herein in the above criminal original petition in connection with the Crime No.58 of 2020 registered by the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Thallakulam.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented that as per order dated 18.12.2020, the respondents 1 to 7 herein have to appear before the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai within two weeks and execute a bond along with two sureties, however, they have not appeared.

3. In view of the above fact, this Court is of the view that the respondents 1 to 7 have not enlarged on bail. Hence, nothing remains to cancel the anticipatory bail. 2/3

Therefore, this petition is dismissed.
