ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A4, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 275 and 123 of BNS Act, (273 & 328 of IPC) r/w 24(1) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Act, in Cr.No.432 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the other accused were found in illegal possession of 110 kg of banned tobacco products. Hence, the complaint.

3.Heard both sides.

4.Since the products were recovered, considering the fact that cool-lip chocolates are spoiling the tender children of the State, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
