PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the order dated 24.01.2023 made in O.A.No.516 of 2010, on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench confirming order dated 24.02.2010 vide O.O.No.13/VI/MT/RG/2010 issued by the first respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to upgrade the petitioners herein to the post of Senior Assistant Loco Pilots with effect from 24.02.2010.
