The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to sanction and disburse the educational loan to the petitioner by considering the educational loan application dated 21.02.2018 for a total amount of Rs.7,50,000/- as per the fees structure of the college dated 23.01.2016 as per the guidelines issued in the Educational Loan Scheme framed by the respondent Bank in a expedite manner within the stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. There was no representation for the petitioner for the last 4 hearings. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsels for the respondents would submit that this Writ Petition would have become infructuous due to the efflux of time.

4. It appears that this Writ Petition has become indeed infructuous due to the efflux of time as the petitioner would have completed the course for which she has sought for the loan from the respondents. Page No. 2 of 4

5. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous and for non-prosecution. No costs.
