Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARJUN.S, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.SS.MADHAVAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1 & 2, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking for extension of time in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10999 of 2023 dated 10.07.2023 for further period.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has no objection to allow this petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the petitioner that the copy of the order received by the petitioner during summer vacation was sent to the learned counsel on record for the petitioner in the trial Court and since the said order has not been timely received and there was a delay, he could not surrender.
