O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking direction to issue separate patta with respect of the property comprised in Town Survey No.19/1 Plot No. 17 situated at Block No.19 Town Survey Ward G situated at Trichy West Taluk, Trichy on the basis of the petitioner application No. 2021/01154/15/003676.

2. The petitioner had given online application on 08.10.2021. A direction is issued to the first respondent/Tahsildhar, Trichy West Taluk Office, Cantonment, Trichy, to examine the representation of the petitioner, issue notice to the petitioner and to any other rival claimants and thereafter proceed further with the issuance of patta. It would require survey of land and the Tahsildhar may also take necessary assistance from the surveyor, measure the land and thereafter issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner. The entire process shall be completed within a period of 16 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
