ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) of I.P.C. and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the intervenor submitted that the dispute between the accused and the defacto complainant has been settled out of Court and as per the compromise, the accused had agreed to pay Rs.11,00,000/- to the defacto complaint and on 17.07.2015, he paid Rs.5,00,000/- and agreed to pay the balance amount of Rs.6,00,000/- on or before 19.09.2015.

3. The learned counsel has also produced a copy of the letter given to the respondent police. The respondent has also filed a status https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ report stating the above facts.

4. Considering the above said facts, this Criminal Original Petition is closed and the respondent shall close the petition in view of the compromise entered into between the parties.
