ORDER
The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in O.S.No.75 of 2022 on the file of the Principal District Munsif 1/4
Court, Thirumangalam and transfer the same to be tried along with O.S.No.231 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Thirumangalam.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner as well as the respondents were reported dead and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition by impleading the legal heirs of the deceased.
3. Permission is granted. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The legal representatives of the petitioner are at liberty to file a fresh petition, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
