ORDER

The petitioners are Government officials. They are facing trial in C.C No.347 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul. It is a private complaint filed by the respondent herein. Cognizance of the offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC was taken. The case has since been transferred to Judicial Magistrate, Aathur and renumbered as C.C No.440 of 2019. The respondent is a practising lawyer.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, I felt that the issue must be amicably resolved. I am happy to note that the petitioner as well as the respondent met me in my chamber and both the parties decided to give a burial to the issue. 3.I record the amicable resolution of the issue.
