ORDER
This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2021. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the share auto permit transferred by its original owners in respect of Vehicle No.TN25D0847 and TNOSE4861 is contrary to law. The petitioner has submitted his representation before the first respondent bringing the above to the notice of the 1st Respondent and requesting the 1st Respondent to take action. However, the said representation has not been considered until now. 3.Mr.T.Amjadkhan, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representation would be considered and if needed appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.
4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents herein to consider the representaion of the petitioner, dated 03.10.2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the representation and it is open to the respondents to consider the same on its own merits. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
