ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner joined the police department as Grade-II Police Constable. She quit the police department on health ground in the year 2004. Subsequently, she was appointed as secondary grade teacher and posted in Government Kallar Middle School, N.Kovilpatti, Dindigul Circle in the year 2007.

3. The petitioner now wants the restoration of the old pension scheme. In this regard, she has given a representation dated 01.09.2022. She wants the same to be considered.

4. The third respondent is directed to pass order on the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or other.
