RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15725 of 2021 dated 20.10.2021 with a condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice i.e 10.30 AM and 5.30 PM to any other police station in Madurai.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.EZHILARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.15725 of 2021 dated 20.10.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 23.10.2021 till today and he may be directed to appear before the some other police station in Madurai.

CRL MP(MD) No.9282 of 2021 3.Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police twice in a week, ie., on Monday and Friday at 10.00am until further orders.
