ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders to direct the first respondent to change of investigation on the writ petitioner's complaint in C.S.R.No. 100/2024 dated 14.07.2024 from the file of third respondent to second respondent.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, CSR.No.100 of 2024 came to be registered and the same is pending for enquiry.

4. Though the writ petitioner has sought for transfer of investigation, he has not canvassed any acceptable reason or ground and more importantly at the present stage. Since CSR is pending before the third respondent, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and take a decision within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
