ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the official respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.382 of 2015 and file Final report within the stipulated period.

2.The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.382 of 2015, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 472, 420 IPC on 30.07.2015. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that, even after lapse of 6 years, investigation has not been completed and final report was not filed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of investigation, final report was made ready on 19.02.2019 and it has not been presented before the concerned Court.

4.Considering the oldness of crime, there shall be direction to the respondent police to file final report before the concerned Court, within fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing the final report, compliance report must be submitted before this Court.
