Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2021 and to cancel the patta issued in the name of his brother Mr.Samraj and to issue joint patta by including his name along with his brother in respect of the properties in survey numbers 29/11A1B, of an extent of 0.32.50 Ares, in survey number 29/4 of an extent of 0.31.00 Ares, in survey number 29/7A of an extent of 0.15.00 Ares, in Survey number 29/7C of an extent of 0.7.00 Ares, in Survey number 29/2 of an extent of 45 cents in patta number 2170 in Vikkiramangalam Revenue Village and survey number 23/1AC2 of an extent of 0.1.60 Ares in patta number 3101 and survey number 23/2A1A of an extent of 0.1.00 Ares, in Survey number 23/2A1B of an extent of 0.1.00 Ares comprised in patta number 3100 in Vikkiramangalam Revenue Village, Madurai District within the time limit that may be fixed by this Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.07.2021 and to cancel the patta issued in the name of his brother Mr.Samraj and to issue joint patta by including his name along with his brother in respect of the subject properties, within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that patta has already been issued and placed the relevant documents before this Court. 3.In view of the above, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
