This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.145/2014 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, insofar as the petitioner is concerned. 2.When the matter was posted for admission on 04.07.2015, theit was ordered to post next week. Thereafter, it was again ordered to post after two week. Thereafter, the matter is pending for the past 3 years without even ordering notice or admitting by this Court.

3.It seems that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter, further. More over, the case is of the year 2015. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the pendency of this criminal original petition would not serve for any purpose. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismsised.
