This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioners to call for the records relating to the First Information Report [FIR] in Crime No.109 of 2021 of Kanyakumari Police Station, Kanyakumari District and quash the same against the petitioners.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in the instant case is completed and a final report is also filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Nagercoil, in E-filing C.C.No.11077 of 2022.
