W.P.(MD) No.9121 of 2018 appearing for the second respondent and Mr.A.Shajahan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent. 2.The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to provide the Medical Reimbursement of Rs.1,68,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Sixty Eight Thousand) with 12% interest within a time frame. 3.It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent that a cheque for Rs.1,00,764/- (Rupees One Lakh Seven Hundred and Sixty Four only) dated 03.09.2019, drawn in favour of the petitioner has been handed over to the petitioner and the same has been received.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that some more amount is due.
5.The said claim can be adjudicated before the appropriate authority, which is the District Level Empowered Committee headed by the District Collector. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
