ORDER

The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 388 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2.Heard Mrs.S.Mahalakshmi for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kannan, for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.Mr.P.Kannan has no objection for allowing this application. 4.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioners pay a sum of Rs.5,00/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Clerk Association attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, within one week from today, failing which the petition stands dismissed without further notice to this Court.

5. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition and list the matter for admission in the usual course.
