ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] The petitioner seeks production of the body or person of his wife, namely, Preethi, aged about 31 years and his son, namely, Hirosan Sriram, aged about 7 years.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the detenues have been produced before this Court and the wife of the petitioner, namely, Preethi has submitted that she is living separately on her own volition with her child, namely, Hirosan Sriram.
