The petitioner herein had filed a private complaint. In the said private complaint, the petitioner had named the respondents 6 to 8 herein as witnesses. According to her, her husband was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl OP(MD)No.13370 of 2015 injured. The respondents 6 to 8 had given treatment. Her specific grievance is that though the summons were issued to the respondents 6 to 8 herein, they did not choose to appear before the court below to tender evidence. That necessitated the filing of memo for issuing warrant. The petitioner's request was negatived by the court below. Questioning the same, this petition has been filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 6 to 8 undertake that they will appear before the court below on the next hearing date. Recording the said undertaking this petition stands disposed of. Sri.S.Kanagarajan, the learned counsel for the petitioner shall inform the counsel for the respondents 6, 7 and 8, namely, Mr.K.Kumaravel and Mr.A.Mohan regarding the next hearing date. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
