O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent to provide suitable employment to the son of the petitioner namely Radhakrishnan.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the property belong to the writ petitioner was acquired for the purpose of the developmental activities of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board. More specifically for the purpose of erection of sub station. The certificate regarding the land acquisition was also issued to the writ petitioner . The petitioner claims that the land losers are entitled to get an appointment in the Electricity Board and he made a representation to provide an appointment in the Electricity Board and the said representation has not been considered so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Mere issuance of land loser certificate will not provide any appointment automatically. Appointment to the land losers ought to be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of the scheme, if any, which is in force. Thus the appointments are to be made strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions if any priority has been provided for the land losers with reference to the land acquired from the writ petitioner. This being the method to be strictly followed, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the writ petitioner strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of scheme, if any in force for appointment of land losers and if any such scheme is available under the category, such an exercise shall be done by the authorities as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
