Prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the respondent in Ref.br/K/m/vz;/ 36406/C1/2014. dated 23.07.2014. quash the same and consequently directing the respondent to return the petitioner's original driving license within a time frame.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous, hence, he wants to record the same and wants to dismiss this writ petition.
