(MD) No. 14382 of 2021 by order dated. 06.10.2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMASAMY S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal side), on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time for executing the sureties as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14382 of 2021 dated 06.10.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the order copy was made ready on 12.10.2021, the petitioner could not get solvency certificate from the Revenue officials within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

CRL MP(MD) No.9276 of 2021 the petitioners, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioners to comply with the order dated 06.10.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14382 of 2021.
