ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(B), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC @ 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 506 (ii), 326, 379 IPC in Crime No.374 of 2021, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When this petition is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the respondent police has arrested the petitioner pursuant to the orders passed by this Court dated 02.11.2021.
