PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order and Decreetal Order in I.A.No.2 of 2017 in H.M.O.P. No. 25 of 2016 dated 06.10.2017 on the file of the Court of the Additional Sub-ordinate Judge, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District and set aside the same.

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 06.10.2017 passed in I.A.No.2 of 2017 in H.M.O.P. No.25 of 2016 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District.

2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that H.M.O.P. No.25 of 2016 itself was disposed of by a decreetal order and fair order, dated 17.04.2021 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent also endorsed the same.

4. In view of the factual position that H.M.O.P. No.25 of 2016 itself is already disposed of, in the considered opinion of this Court, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

6. No costs.

7. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
