ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.10 in Crime No.358 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.06.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 342, 302, 506(ii) and 109 IPC and hence, seeks bail.
2.According to the defacto complainant, his father Manthiri was stabbed by the first accused on 30.06.3015 while the other accused instigated him for commission of offence.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
4. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that A4 to A9 were already granted anticipatory bail.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m. until further orders.
