ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking Police Protection. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there was a property dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents herein. Due to which, the private respondents damaged the plantain trees of the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner has submitted a representation before the first respondent seeking Police protection. Since no action has been taken on his representation, the petitioner has preferred the present petition.
3.This Court is of the view that the petitioner has to workout his remedy only before the civil Court. Police has noting to do with the civil dispute. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed. 21.07.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes gns 2/4
