O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the Gazette notification dated 09.10.2013, insofar as it modifies the earlier resolution to only lease the Government land for salt manufacturer for a period of 20 years by invitation of tender and also resolving not to renew the lease. 2.The issue in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in a batch of writ petitions in W.P.Nos.34859 of 2013 etc.,.

3.In view of the same, there is no necessity to make any adjudication further in this writ petition. Following the judgement stated

supra, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
