ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders to direct the second respondent to give necessary police protection to make a fencing around the writ petitioner's property in Survey No.524/1A to an extent of 17.95 Ares, Survey No.524/3A to an extent of 1.72 Ares and Survey No.525/1A1 to an extent of 16.80 Ares situated at Sathampadi Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District based on his representation dated 18.06.2024.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents.

3. Admittedly, it is not the case of the writ petitioner that they have obtained any orders from the competent civil Court. In the absence of any order or decree from the competent civil Court, the question of granting 2/4

police protection does not arise. Hence, Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
