(Order of this Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J) Heard Mr.C.Mayilvahana Rajendran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr..R.Murali, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

2.By consent of either side, this writ petition is taken up for disposal.

3.Considering the fact that already the Division Bench has considered similar case and issued comprehensive direction in its order dated 21.08.2019 in W.P.(MD).Nos.12188, 4339 and 13026 of 2019, we cannot interfere with the order of the eviction issued by the respondents/Corporation.

W.P.(MD).No.20162 of 2019 4.In the light of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. However, the petitioner is granted eight weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to remove the encroachment, failing which, the respondents shall remove the same in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
