Prayer in CRL.O.P No.7454 of 2022:- This Criminal Original petition is filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to the Private Complaint HRC.No.2 of 2017 on the file of the District and Sessions Court, Thanjavur and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner / accused No.3.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR. M.Palani, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order: This petition is filed to restore Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7454 of 2022, which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 23.06.2023. Heard both sides. Perused the records.

2.Considering the submissions, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only) to the Account No.7567821433, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Madurai, for donating law books to a Separate Section in the name of "Madurai Bench of Madras High Court" in Kalaignar Centenary Library, Madurai, on or before 25.08.2023. The above Criminal Original Petition will be restored only after filing a receipt, showing that the condition imposed by this Court has been complied with. 3.List on 28.08.2023.
